What is hpnicfSubnetVlanRowStatus?
This is the standard RowStatus column used to create, activate, or delete an entry in the subnet-VLAN table that binds a subnet to a VLAN. An admin uses it to commit a new subnet-to-VLAN mapping only after supplying the address type, address, and mask, or to remove a mapping that is no longer needed. Setting this object to createAndGo(4) after populating the other columns would activate a new subnet binding for VLAN 30 in one step.
