What is hpnicfSubnetVlanPortRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus column controlling creation and deletion of entries in the subnet-VLAN port table, which applies a subnet-based VLAN to a specific port. An admin uses it to activate or remove the association between a port and a subnet VLAN, separate from defining the subnet itself in the other table. Setting this object to destroy(6) on a port/VLAN row would stop that subnet VLAN from being applied to that port.
