hpnicfFCoEVLANRowStatus is the standard RowStatus object controlling creation and deletion of a VLAN-to-Virtual-Fabric association entry, which becomes active once the row is successfully created. Admins set this to createAndGo to add a new VLAN/Virtual-Fabric mapping or to destroy to remove one, driving the FCoE VLAN provisioning lifecycle.
