hpnicfFCoEStaticVfcBindType selects the mechanism used to identify the ENode (for a VF_Port) or remote-FCF (for a VE_Port) that a static VFC interface is bound to. Admins set this to determine whether the binding is matched by interface (hpnicfFCoEStaticVfcBindIfIndex) or by MAC address (hpnicfFCoEStaticVfcBindMACAddress), which controls how incoming FIP frames are matched to this pre-created VFC. For example, an admin binding a VFC to a directly-attached ENode would choose the interface-based bind type rather than the MAC-address-based one.
