What is hpnicfAtmDxiMapBroEnable?
This read-create enumerated value, defaulting to disable(2), determines whether an ATM-DXI PVC address map is enabled to carry broadcast traffic. Admins enable this when a protocol running over the PVC needs broadcast capability (such as certain routing protocol hellos), since by default broadcast is turned off on a per-map basis. For example, an admin running a broadcast-dependent routing protocol over a point-to-point ATM-DXI PVC would set this to enable(1) on the relevant map entry.
