What is hpicfOspfSpfReason?
A code identifying why the most recent SPF (Shortest Path First) route recomputation was scheduled -- for example OSPF initialization, an interface being added or removed, or a link-state update being received; only the last ten runs' reasons are retained, per the DESCRIPTION. Admins use this history to understand what's been triggering repeated route recalculations on the router.
