What is hpicfOspfIfBfdEnbl?
Enables Bidirectional Forwarding Detection (BFD) for OSPF on this interface (default false), per the DESCRIPTION. Admins turn this on to get sub-second failure detection for the OSPF adjacency on this link, instead of waiting for the standard OSPF dead-timer to expire.
