What is hpicfOspfAreaLsdbRtrCapBits?
For a Router LSA in the area-scope link-state database, a value that uniquely identifies the router's type/capability bits within the area (RFC 2328 Appendix A.4.2), per the DESCRIPTION. Admins reading this table use it to distinguish, for example, an ABR or ASBR from a regular internal router in the LSA data.
