What is hpicfDownloadTftpConfig?
This deprecated setting turns TFTP on or off for the switch as a whole (disabled(1) or enabled(2), default enabled); it can't be set to enabled if SFTP is already enabled, since the successor hpicfDownloadTftpClientConfig now covers this.
