This is the value of the agent's sysUpTime at which this particular box on the chain was last initialized, or zero if it has not been reinitialized since the agent last restarted. Admins use it to spot which chained unit was recently power-cycled or reset independently of the rest of the chain. For example, one box showing a recent timestamp while its neighbors show much older ones would indicate that unit alone was rebooted.
