What is hpicfIpConfigLocalProxyArp?
This deprecated, per-interface flag enables or disables local ARP proxy, where the switch answers ARP requests for addresses within the same local subnet as the interface. It's a niche legacy feature for isolating hosts on the same VLAN from directly ARPing each other.
