Module: HP-ICF-8023-RPTR

OID (symbolic): HP-ICF-8023-RPTR::hpicfPortHealTrap

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.12.2.0.6

Description:

A hpicfPortHealTrap is device type specific to ICF hubs. It signifies that the hub hardware has detected that an instance of rptrPortAutoPartitionState for one of the repeater's ports has changed from the 'autoPartitioned' state to the 'notAutoPartitioned' state. The current value of the instance of the rptrPortAutoPartitionState for the port that healed is returned in the PDU.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' HP-ICF-8023-RPTR::hpicfPortHealTrap
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.11.2.14.12.2.0.6

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):

snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public
