Setting this object to forceTo100TXHD will cause auto-negotiation to be disabled on this port, and cause the operational type of the MAU on this port (as reported by rpMauType) to transition to dot3MauType100BaseTXHD.
Setting this object to forceTo10THD will cause auto-negotiation to be disabled on this port, and cause the operational type of the MAU on this port (as reported by rpMauType) to transition to dot3MauType10BaseTHD.
What is hpRpMauAutoNegAdminStatus?
This read-write INTEGER controls the port's negotiation mode: autoNegotiate(1) enables auto-negotiation, forceTo100TXHD(2) disables it and forces 100BASE-TX half-duplex, and forceTo10THD(3) disables it and forces 10BASE-T half-duplex; an admin uses the force options to work around a link partner with broken auto-negotiation.
