Description:
Defined the Vlan for the service mode. The Vlan must be a valid Vlan and neither Vlan 0 (mgmt vlan) nor Vlan 1 (Default Vlan).
What is hmSysSwitchServiceVlan?
This OID stores the VLAN (virtual network) ID used for out-of-band service access to the switch when in service mode. Service mode allows maintenance technicians to manage the switch on an isolated network separate from production traffic. An IT administrator configures this to ensure service traffic doesn't interfere with user data.
