What is hmSysSelftestRAM?
This configuration object enables or disables automatic RAM self-testing during device cold boot/startup. When enabled, the device runs comprehensive memory tests before fully initializing, ensuring hardware integrity but extending boot time. When disabled, the device skips these tests and boots faster, trading reliability assurance for reduced startup time.
