Sets the monitoring of the network connection(s).
What is hmSigConSenseLinkFailure?
This object enables or disables the monitoring of the physical network connection status for a signaling connection on the device. When enabled, the device actively checks whether the network link remains operational and ready to carry traffic. Operators use this setting to control whether the system should alert on detected network connection failures.
