What is hmNetACDTimeMark?
This object provides a TimeFilter value used for filtering network-related ACD (Agent Call Distribution or similar service) entries based on timestamps. TimeFilter is a special data type defined in RFC 2021 that enables efficient row retrieval from SNMP tables by specifying time-based selection criteria. Operators use this to retrieve only the ACD entries that have been modified since a specific point in time.
