Description: Sets the mode of the ip address conflict detection mechanism on this device. enable(1): Both active and passive detection are active. disable(2): No detection takes place. activeDetectionOnly(3): During configuration of a local ip address the device actively probes the network for this ip address. passiveDetectionOnly(4): The device listens passively on the network if another device with an already locally configured ip address appears. In this case the own ip address is actively defended by transmitting gratituous arp's.
