Description: By setting this MIB variable the user can control which configuration should be read during system initialization: default(1) : boot with factory settings local(2) : boot with locally stored configuration
What is hmFSBootConfiguration?
This read-write object allows an operator to select which configuration the system should load during the next boot: either the factory defaults or a previously saved locally-stored configuration. Setting this to 'default' causes a factory reset on the next restart, while 'local' loads the user's custom configuration. An operator would use this to restore to factory settings or switch between different saved configurations.
