What is boHWCConnectOrder?
This value sets the position of a given access controller entry within the AP's ordered search list of controllers to try connecting to. Admins use it to control failover priority among multiple configured controllers, such as preferring a local controller before falling back to a remote one. Setting it to 1 would make that controller entry the AP's first choice to attempt connecting to.
