hh3cFCoECfgDefaultFCFPriority

Module: HH3C-FCOE-MIB

OID (symbolic): HH3C-FCOE-MIB::hh3cFCoECfgDefaultFCFPriority

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.25506.2.120.1.1.1.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-write

Description: The FIP priority value advertised by the FCF to ENodes by default. hh3cFCoEStaticVfcFCFPriority configured for a VFC interface overrides this setting for the ENode associated with the VFC.

What is hh3cFCoECfgDefaultFCFPriority?

This read-write integer (0-255) sets the default FIP priority value the FCF advertises to ENodes, used unless overridden by a per-interface hh3cFCoEStaticVfcFCFPriority setting on a specific VFC. An admin tunes this to influence ENode fabric login preference when multiple FCFs are available, with the default being 128. For example, lowering this to 64 on one FCF would make it a more preferred (higher priority) choice for ENodes selecting among multiple FCFs, since lower numeric FIP priority values are typically favored.
