This object is a restricted RowStatus that only supports the values destroy, createAndGo, and active for managing rows in the ATM-DXI PVC table. Admins use createAndGo to provision a new PVC in one step and destroy to remove one that's no longer needed. Setting hh3cAtmDxiPvcRowStatus to destroy on an unused PVC frees up that VPI/VCI pair for reuse.
