Description: This variable is used to create, modify, and/or delete a row in
this table. When a row in this table has a row in the active(1)
state, no objects in this row can be modified except the
gmplsLabelRowStatus and gmplsLabelStorageType.
The gmplsLabelType object does not have a default and must be
set before a row can become active. The corresponding label
objects (dependent on the value of gmplsLabelType) should also
be set unless they happen to need to use the specified default
values as follows:

This is the standard RowStatus column used to create, modify, or delete a row in the gmplsLabelTable, and once a row is active(1) only this column and gmplsLabelStorageType may still be changed. Provisioning requires setting gmplsLabelType first since it has no default, along with whatever label-specific column that type requires, before the row can be moved to active. For example, an admin creating an MPLS label row would set gmplsLabelType to gmplsMplsLabel(1) and gmplsLabelMplsLabel to the desired value, then set gmplsLabelRowStatus to createAndGo to bring the row into service.
