Description: f10LastTrapEventSeqId is a sequential ID indicated the number of traps sent by the syatem since chassis is loaded. The same id can also be used as the index to the history and active tables.

Anytime, if an NMS dropped its connection with F10 Chassis, it should sync up its history tables from its own f10LastTrapEventSeqId to the chassis f10LastTrapEventSeqId.

What is f10LastTrapEventSeqId?

This is a sequential counter of the total number of traps sent by the chassis since it was loaded, and it doubles as the index into the history and active trap tables. An NMS that dropped its connection compares its own last-seen sequence number to this value to know how many trap entries it needs to sync. For example, if the NMS last saw sequence 500 and f10LastTrapEventSeqId now reads 530, it should fetch history entries 501 through 530 to catch up.
