copySrcFileLocation

Module: FORCE10-COPY-CONFIG-MIB

OID (symbolic): FORCE10-COPY-CONFIG-MIB::copySrcFileLocation

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6027.3.5.1.1.1.1.3

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: F10ConfigFileLocation

Access: read-write

Description: Specifies the location of source file.

If the copySrcFileType has the value of ftosFile(1), it is expected that the copySrcFileType and copySrcFileName must also be spcified. The three objects together will uniquely identify the source file.

If the copySrcFileLocation has the value of ftp(4) or scp(5), it is expected the login information liked copyServerAddress, copyUserName, and copyUserPassword also be spcified.

What is copySrcFileLocation?

copySrcFileLocation specifies where the source file for a Force10 copy operation lives, such as flash, ftp, or scp, per its description. An admin must set this together with copySrcFileType and copySrcFileName when the type is ftosFile, and must also populate the server and login objects, copyServerInetAddress, copyUserName, copyUserPassword, when the location is ftp(4) or scp(5). For example, setting copySrcFileLocation to scp(5) means the admin also needs to fill in copyServerInetAddress and login credentials so the switch knows which remote server to pull the file from.
