Description: This object represents the Administrative State of the Sync Entity.
What is f3SyncAdminState?
This read-write object sets the desired administrative state of the Synchronization entity (in/out of service). An operator controls synchronization engine availability by setting this value independently of actual operational status. This allows graceful shutdown of clock recovery functions before maintenance or enabling synchronization after reconfiguration.
