What is ofFlowHardTime?
This value reports the hard timeout, in seconds, configured for a specific OpenFlow flow entry, after which the flow is removed regardless of activity. Admins use it to understand the maximum lifetime of a flow entry, distinct from the idle-based expiry of ofFlowIdleTime.
