Description: This notification signifies that usage of a given capacity has reached the warning threshold or the licensed level. eriRouterLicenseMgrEventSeverity has the value 'warning' when the capacity usage has reached the warning threshold but remained below the licensed level if warning threshold applies on the capacity and the threshold is not set to 100%. eriRouterLicenseMgrEventSeverity has the value 'major' when the capacity usage has reached the licensed level.
