What is eqlAccessGroupRowStatus?
This is the SNMP row-status control column used to create, activate, or delete a row in the Access Group table. An administrator sets it to createAndGo when defining a new access group or access record, or to destroy to remove one. It follows the standard RowStatus state machine (active, notInService, destroy, etc.) rather than carrying any group-specific data itself.
