This read-only boolean indicates whether the client secret object was last set to a non-empty value (true) or has never been set or was last set to empty (false). An admin uses this to verify a secret has actually been configured for a RADIUS Dynamic Authorization client entry, since the secret itself always reads back empty. For example, this object reading false on an entry the admin believes was configured would reveal the secret was never actually successfully set.
