etsysIpSlaScheduleTestStatus

Module: ENTERASYS-IP-SLA-MIB

OID (symbolic): ENTERASYS-IP-SLA-MIB::etsysIpSlaScheduleTestStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.5624.1.2.94.1.2.2.1.7

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: SnmpAdminString

Access: read-only

Description: Provides a brief description of the test. The scheduler generates this string based on the test's state and where it is in it's tests cycle.

For example, if the etsysIpSlaScheduleTestState is 'queued' and there is 193 seconds prior to the next test cycle starting, the string MAY read:

Cycle begins in 193 seconds

An implementation MAY choose to always return the empty string.

What is etsysIpSlaScheduleTestStatus?

This read-only string (up to 63 chars) is a scheduler-generated human-readable status message, such as 'Cycle begins in 193 seconds' when the test is queued — though some implementations may just always return an empty string. Use it as a quick sanity check on where an SLA test stands in its cycle without having to compute it yourself from the other schedule objects.
