Description: The value of the fallback Tw_sys_tx that the local system is advertising to the remote system. This object maps to the variable LocFbSystemValue as defined in IEEE Std 802.3 78.4.2.3.

What is etsysDot3LldpExtEeeLocFbTwSys?

This object holds the fallback wake-time value that the local port advertises to the connected link partner as an alternative, less-demanding timing option, per the IEEE 802.3 EEE specification, in case the primary requested wake time can't be supported. Engineers diagnosing EEE negotiation problems on a link would compare this fallback value alongside the primary requested value to understand the full range of timing parameters the local port is offering during negotiation. For example, if the primary wake-time request can't be honored by a particular older link partner, this fallback value gives the two devices an alternate common timing to fall back on so EEE can still function.
