Description: Upon writing, performs a master clear command on all the slots. When reading the instance of this object the value has no meaning.

What is fmSlotMasterClear?

This OID, when written, issues a master clear command to every card slot in the chassis at once, though reading it back has no meaningful value. Admins use this sparingly, as a chassis-wide reset lever, rather than resetting each slot individually.
