What is rldot1sMstpMaxHopes?
This value limits the maximum hop count or TTL that an MSTP BPDU can traverse within a spanning tree region. It prevents indefinite propagation of BPDUs if loops occur. A network engineer configures this when setting up multi-region spanning trees to control BPDU scope.
