What is rldot1dStpMonitorTime?

This configurable multiplier (range 1-20, default 10) determines how many hello intervals a port must remain stable before the Spanning Tree Protocol considers it reliably converged. It helps filter out transient port state changes. An operator would increase this value if the network experiences rapid flapping ports or decrease it for faster convergence in stable environments.
