What is rldot1dStpHoldTime?
This OID stores the time interval (in hundredths of a second) during which the spanning-tree bridge will limit itself to sending only two configuration messages. Reading this tells you how frequently the bridge is allowed to propagate topology changes. An operator would check this to understand convergence speed during network topology changes on a switch.
