What is dVlanSubnetVlanRowStatus?
This is the standard RowStatus value controlling creation, activation, or deletion of a subnet-based VLAN mapping entry. An admin sets it when adding or removing a subnet-to-VLAN binding via SNMP, since the row must be explicitly created or destroyed through this column. For example, setting it to destroy(6) removes a subnet-VLAN binding that is no longer needed.
