What is npCurLoopTrapStatus?

This carries the current loop's new status (normal, alert, cut, short, not powered) at the moment a status-change trap was generated. An admin uses this trap value to immediately gauge the severity of the fault, such as distinguishing a simple alert from an outright cut wire.
