What is npPwrRelayState?
This read-only INTEGER reports whether the power channel's relay is actually off(0) or on(1) right now, independent of whether manual control, schedule, or watchdog set it that way. An admin polls it to verify power is really being delivered before troubleshooting a device that still appears offline.
