What is npPwrRelayFlip?
This read-write INTEGER accepts only flip(-1) as a command, toggling the power channel's relay between manual-on and manual-off. An admin uses it as a quick way to power-cycle the attached device through this watchdog channel without first checking npPwrRelayState.
