copyDestFileLocation

Module: DELL-NETWORKING-COPY-CONFIG-MIB

OID (symbolic): DELL-NETWORKING-COPY-CONFIG-MIB::copyDestFileLocation

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6027.3.5.1.1.1.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: DellNetConfigFileLocation

Access: read-write

Description: Specifies the location of destination file.

If the copyDestFileType has the value of dellNetFile(1), it is expected that the copyDestFileType and copyDestFileName must also be spcified. The three objects together will uniquely identify the destination file.

If the copyDestFileLocation has the value of ftp(4) or scp(5), it is expected the login information liked copyServerAddress, copyUserName, and copyUserPassword also be spcified.

What is copyDestFileLocation?

This read-write object specifies where the destination file of a config-copy request should be written, using the same location enumeration as the source (flash, slot0, tftp, ftp, scp, usbflash, nfsmount). It works with copyDestFileType and copyDestFileName to fully identify the destination, and if set to ftp(4) or scp(5) the switch also needs the copyServerAddress/copyUserName/copyUserPassword login details to reach the remote server. For example, backing up a config file to a remote FTP server means setting copyDestFileLocation to ftp(4).

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> DELL-NETWORKING-COPY-CONFIG-MIB::copyDestFileLocation

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.6027.3.5.1.1.1.1.6.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> DELL-NETWORKING-COPY-CONFIG-MIB::copyDestFileLocation.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.6027.3.5.1.1.1.1.6.1 s <value>
