What is dsIfTopoChangeFloodEnabled?
Per-port read-write flag: when true, this port floods multicast traffic for dsTopoChangeFloodQueryCount worth of General Queries after the VLAN it belongs to receives a spanning-tree Topology Change Notification, giving receivers time to re-register before pruning resumes.
