Description: This attribute indicates the port speed for LOW speed cards. The card has limitations about the possible rates for each clock mode. N - The rate is valid for DCE and EXT-DCE Nodal clock mode. L - The rate is valid for DCE and EXT-DCE Local clock mode. E - The rate is valid for DTE External clock mode.
Note: Some rate attributes have been changed. As the MIB was already released with the old attributes, the names of the options were not changed. The new names + attributes are in a comment. Example: r57600bpsLE (16), -- r57600bpsNLE
