Description: Debounce time for each alarm code, in seconds. The meaning is, that an alarm will be 'declared' as ON (or OFF), only after it was actually ON/OFF the Debouncing time selected by user. 0 = default debounce selection (each alarm has a default value). 1 = minimum value of seconds for debounce. 255 = mask = the alarm will Never be reported.
