Description: This entry specifies the LEDs status of the agent module . Each led will be represented by 4 bits where the first 2 bits (left) will specify the status : (00=NA, 01=OFF, 10=ON, 11=BLINK), and the next two bits (right) will specify the color : (00=GREEN, 01=RED, 10=YELLOW, 11=ORANGE)
