Full configuration message coded in internal RAD application format. This entry describes agent's configuration.
For MP-2200 R3, this object describes agent's support of the V5.1 feature: 1 octet ; bit 0 (LSB). '1' - V5.1 feature is supported '0' - V5.1 feature is not supported.
