Description: Determines the upper global resource threshold (available buffer space), that when reached, causes the LAPB/D layer to cancel flow control. This is a global value that applies across all lower SAPs (service access points).
The value set for this object must not be less than the value set for the object lapbdLowerPoolThreshold.

Default Value: 20 (20 percent)

What is lapbdUpperPoolThreshold?
This read-write value (1-99, default 20) sets the percentage of free global buffer space that, once reached, causes the LAPB/D layer to cancel flow control across all SAPs on the device. An admin who sees links flapping into congestion under moderate load might raise it above the default of 20, but it must always stay greater than or equal to the paired lapbdLowerPoolThreshold.
