What is lapbdTraps?
Enables or disables whether this layer sends the lapbdStatusIndication trap when link-state events occur, disabled by default. An admin monitoring WAN link stability would set this to enabled(2) so events like link up/down or congestion reach the SNMP manager instead of only being visible by polling lapbdStatusEvent.
