Description: Determines the maximum amount of time that the LAPB/D layer waits for a sub- layer to respond to a connection request. If this timer expires before a response is received, the connection is retried.
A positive response (connection confirmed) is only issued by the sub- layer when the physical/logical line is active, otherwise a negative response (disconnect indication) is issued.
Range of Values: 1 - 2047 (in tenths of a second)
Default Value: 30 (3 seconds)

What is lapbdMacSapConnectionTimer?
Controls, in tenths of a second (1-2047, default 30 = 3 seconds), how long the LAPB/D layer waits for the physical sub-layer to confirm a connection request before retrying it. A modem or radio link with a slow line-up indication might need this raised above the 3-second default to avoid needless retries.
