Description: Defines the maximum transmitter queue length, in number of buffers.
If more data requests are received from the upper layer after the queue has reached its maximum value, the data is discarded and the object asyStatOprTxSysCongestionDiscards is incremented.
You must be careful when updating this object dynamically because queued data can be lost if the size of the transmitter queue is decreased.

What is asioSapOprPortMaxQueueLength?
Sets the maximum transmit queue depth in buffers (1-100, default 50) for this port; once the queue fills, new outbound data is discarded and asioStatOprTxSysCongestionDiscards increments. An admin should shrink this cautiously, since lowering it on a running port can drop already-queued data.
